Alien

Well i have to admit I was really quite looking foward to todays film "Alien" becuase as I'm ashamed to say, I have never seen it before. In previous years I have only caught a glimpse of the Alien franchise, watching minimal pieces from the films sequels. I must say this masterpiece movie was much worth the wait.



Before I tell you what I thought of  it, I would like to give a short synopsis about what the movie is about.

In my opinion, I think that this film out of the ones we have watched during this project has by far the best set and concept design. Not because of its genre which is more appealing to me, but of its sheer briliant style and layout. One of the many scenes I really like during this film was when the ship landed on the

I was looking at a site called "Rotten Tomatos" to find and compare two peoples reviews of the film Alien, one from when it was released in the early 70's and someone who has seen in the last few years. One of the main things we discussed was if Alien could be released in the cinema today, is it contempory.
