Final Maya

OMG! kind of stupid really but i left the Maya a little bit later than i should have. this last week has been mad. One of my models got slightly disrupted but I recovered. Overall though I am quite pleased with the final result. If I had not of left it a bit too long though I would not have struggled to finish. The only problem I had was when doing the UV mapping. some became very strange looking but nothing a few sowing tricks could not fix. Next project though its time to step my game up. I am definatley not going through hell this project to finish twenty plus videos in one bulk over the space of a week.Thankfully Alan's videos helped massively! so thanks Alan, look forward to next project.

So this was just a tester using my perspcetive cam right before I did a final render on the street.

This is the final street render which I have done just in time. I need good time management in future :)

Just one more shot which points the lighting in a different direction due to me experimenting with the sunlight.
If I look like a zombie on Monday you will know why.
I wanted this street to look alot more like a London back road/street. Hence the width of the roads. One way streets for important people.

Hi Adam,

Great stuff. All looks in order. I hope your looking forwrd to the next project?

Sorry to hear that your work almost suffered from poor time management...be careful! Cg always takes twice as long as you think. Well done.

Yer thank you Alan i am looking forward to the next project, i really like the maya side of things. At college i was working with 3DS Max and i loved it, but Maya is a much nicer tool to work with now im getting used to it. Thanks again for the help. :)
